Quite simply, the CAL Lease-to-Own plan is the easiest way to get into the home of your dreams.

Even if your credit is a little "bumpy", this is an excellent way for you to rebuild your credit, while building equity with each rent payment.

Here's how it works:


Choose one of our quailfying lease-to-own properties. (A few are shown here. More are available) You'll pay a one time option fee of $995, which will enroll you in the CAL Lease to Own Program, and we'll start your 2-year lease with us.

You instantly begin building a 20% credit. In other words, 20% of your rental payments (for up to 2 years), will be applied towards the purchase of your home. In reality, you're "banking" part of your monthly rent towards the purchase of a home to call your own!


You're not on your own at this point. During your lease period, we will check with you periodically to help build and/or repair your credit, so that when you're ready, your purchase will be a smooth transaction.

After 24 months, (or when you are ready to buy), we'll put you in touch with lenders that can assist you in financing programs to meet your needs.
